What should I do about my feet?

In May (about 7 months ago) Isprained my ankle really bad. Ever since then, BOTH my ankles hurt ALL THE TIME. I have worked on my feet for 6 years now and practically walk everywhere. The doctor said that it’s the tendants. I don’t believe him, really. I stand up, and the pain is so, I want to pass out,and can barely walk. Ankles HURT to the touch. Anyone recommend anything to ease the pain? I’d greatl appreciate ANYTHING! Thanks

go to a few different doctors and get a second or even third opinion maybe also have them x-rayed to make sure you didnt chip a bone or anything I relly doubt tendons are whats making you want to faint when you stand up

One foot overcomes the favored one by taking more of the pressure or weight. Then it also starts to hurt mostly on the outside where the ankle bones tend to be pressured against each other. Try exercises that bring the arch and balls of your feet upward making the bone to bone distance further away on the outside by strengthening your arch making the pronation less on the outside.
