What's your computer and your Operation system

I’ve got Windows with an 80 G hard drive so I partitioned it into several “drives” so that I can run both Win 98 and Win XP Pro. I mostly use XP but still have a few things that require me to use 98 a couple of times each week.

From what I’ve heard, I don’t recommend Windows Vista. Also, I believe, you do have an option on new machines to have them come with XP instead of Vista.

I’ve got Vista and it SUCKS! If you do decde to get a brand new computer, it most likely will be windows vista. If you do buy a new computer, keep that old compaq, and you’ll go running back to it as soon as you realize what a peice of junk vista is. The only brand that I would never reccomend is eMachines.

I have a compact computer which is a laptop with Windows Vista. If you’re planning to get a new computer, you’ll get vista so, if you do get one, I’d also keep your compact. Good luck, and I hope you get what’s right for you when it comes to computers.
