What's a good way to lose body fat?

I do a lot of cardio. I runa dn jog a lot as much as I can atleast two times a day, 30 minutes a day.

what avia said is not the way to go!! you could become sick by skipping meals. after you skip on meal then you skip 2, then3 and pretty soon your going to be addicted to weight loss and possibly die so just put down the cake and pick up a apple!

Well, this helped me lose 18 lbs over the course of five months. I just stopped eating dinner. I was overweight before but I am normal weight now. Now I have a last 10 lbs before I would be comfortable and I plan to work out at the gym for those. But after I stopped having dinner I had more energy, I slept better and I wasn’t sluggish in the morning. The latest I eat is 5 pm and I don’t feel hungry or crave the sweets.
