Oats, protiens and good fats. Take a fish oil capsule in the morning to increase brain function AND libido. The omega 3 fatty acids will sharpen your brain cells.

I can definitely say that fish oil works. I took it for a long time and noticed I was a lot more alert and learnt things a lot easier. :) So go and look for the capsule tablets and take them in the morning.
