What makes you happy/stops you bein depressed?

What cheers you up when you feel sad or just makes you feel happy again? I’ve been feeling sad lately dunno why but I cant make myself feel as happy as I used to be. Nothing changed much in my life but I feel kinda sad. Any tips?

My friends are who make me happy,even my music. Mainly friends because they listen to what I have to say instead of walking away unlike most people I once knew.

Sometimes I’ll write down whats bothering me then rip it up. Or, I’ll read, listen to music, watch TV, or get on the internet.

What makes me happy when I get depressed, my friends from church since they are there to listen, writing my emotions down, listening to some upbeat music, being on the computer, talking to my Alabama sweetie whoes my long distance boyfriend, Watching TV, and reading. When you get depressed, try to find someone to whom you feel close to to talk things through and let all your emotions out. That’s what I do with certain people I can confide in. Cheer up! It’ll be alright. You can also go outside and take walks. Hope this helped.
