What kinda crime is this??

Im friends with this guy.. And last nite me and my friend went over his house, He was drunk, like REALLY bad, Well my friend was with me and her and him were sitting on his bed, and I was dancing to some music that I liked, Well he decided to start touching me and I told him to stop and he wouldnt, then He decided to pick me up and threw me on top of him on his bed and I told him to stop and to leave me alone and let me go but he wouldnt, I asked my friend to help me go, and she started to help me and he got pissed and threw me off the bed, Well them moments later he started touching me again, So I told him no to stop and leave me alone that I didnt want to sleep with him. Isnt that sexual assult or something?

I dont know if I should because he wouldnt leave me alone so I slept with him 2 hours later because he would stop touching me, I was nervous and didnt know what to do, but he wouldnt leave me alone and I felt like that was the only way he would leave me alone.

well you shouldnt have slept with him even if you were scared that kind of makes where you lose your case unless you told him to stop when you were having sex.. I mean you can still turn him in but you would most likely lose because you allowed him to have sex with you… yes he still did sexually assault you though which I guess you could turn him in for but im not sure how that would turn out since you had sex with him
