What is the extersize that helpss you burn the most calories?

Im tryng to lose weight because im ashamed of my self…can some one help me pleasee!

Running, but it won’t make much difference unless you also change to a health diet.

Don’t be ashamed of yourself - this is something you can fix, it’s not permanent if you put in the hard work and be consistent. You need to excersise - running is by far the fastest way to burn fat. If you are very unfit you need to work up your fitness by running a little further each day - you will struggle at the start but your body will adjust and it will get easier. Run/skip/cycle/swim or do any kind of excersise that gets your heart rate up and makes you break a sweat - it means fat is being burned. You also need to eat well. Do not try and starve yourself or go on a fad diet - they don’t work. Eat healthy unprocessed nutritious foods like fruits, vegetables, wholegrain breads, nuts, & lean meat. Do not eat when you are bored - eat to fuel your body only. Be active, take the stairs and walk to places you might normally drive to when you can - it all helps. Think positive, don’t get down on yourself, and keep at it. It will take a while - it doesn’t happen overnight. Don’t give up, you will feel better as well as look better if you look after yourself. You are the only person who controls what you do to your body, no-one else can do it for you.
