What is the easiest way to loose weight for a 14 yr old?

I am 14 and I wanna loose a couple pounds, what is the easiest way to loose it? Thanks for the advice!!!

When I was fourteen I lost 2stone from becoming anorexic for 6 weeks Eating only a salad a day !!! and if I was hungry or tempted Id have 2 do 200 situps. In between meals celary!

Well it all depends on your height and weight. Start off with counting your calories and really watching what you eat. Drink a lot of water to fill you up, get some fiber/ full bars to keep your tummy from grabbing that bag of chips or ice cream. Don’t drink soda. And depends where you want to loose the weight (tummy, theighs..ext) do some excercises or go to the gym. to help burn the calories that you do it. try to be healthy about it and do a diet that you will actually keep up with. you can still eat foods you like just 1. eat less of them 2. dont eat them as often.

OH! ahah and I’m not a doctor, body builder, or dietisian. BUT I have found all these things to healthy work for me. if im hungry I eat if im not I dont, it’s healthy and safe but remember this might not always work for you, just be safe with what you doing and use your head. thanks all I ask of you, I just wanna help, so good luck!<3

Oh, and if you have those parents that always want you to eat with them, and eat what they eat. explain to them that you want to eat healthier. dont tell them you looking to loose weight. cause that always brings up some ?’s. so for example they want to have fried chicken, suggest to bake some chicken and have a little vegies on the side. on top of this dont eat as much as you usually do. grab small portions at a time. and eat slowly. and only untill your full. and be sure to drink a lot of water inbetween bits it fills you up faster.

and so you know these changes in your diet are going to effect your matabolism and might change your normal schedual of going to the bathroom (2 :: sorry it’s gross) but I found this as once I started dieting if I went to have a peice of choclate I would immediatly get a stomach ache and have to go. so better off warning you now(; ahaha
