What are some ways for A 14 yr old to Lose weight? Can you help??

I’m 14 and I’m overweight. I’m not obese but I’m about 30 to 40 pounds overweight and I wanna lose a lot. I need some suggestions for a good workout that I can do without spending money or going to a gym.

Thanks guys! I’m a dancer and we start back workout tomorrow so that and eating healthy should do the trick..or at least I hope.

Eat lots of healthy food and get A LOT of exercise im talkin an hour a day AT LEAST 4 days a week… go running but start off walking, always only take one serving on whatever you eat. your gonna need to change your whole life style in order for this to happen. I know I sound harsh but its the truth

Try running around the block, Do some sit ups and cruches.To not crave any chocolate try brushing your teeth after anything you eat.

Yeah like the above I agree the wii helps you have fun and also loose weight, eathing helthier and istead of having those choclate chip cookies for a snack have an apple or something, making better choices for everything end staying active…

if you have a wii they have amazing workout games example: the new wii fit plus tracks your weight loss or gain and helps you reach goals with fun training games and serious workout suck as sit ups and push ups. it also has yoga which raises your metabolism
