I’d say both, yes, or when she is. Why? Well, when she gets horny, don’t you? Think about it…she’s sitting there, waiting to have sex with you - a willing participant to be used at your disposal. Might be arousing you right now…haha. Guys can get in the mood much much faster than women can, so if you find out a girl is ready, by all means take up the offer. It could be days before you see that again.

On a side note, I’ve heard that sex is best right when you wake up in the morning because you have tons of energy, or right before you fall asleep because you start seeing things based on being delirious. I’ve never put the theory to the test, but just saying :)

If you are horny then just try giving her a sensual massage or something and see if she is in the mood too. If not then don’t force it and just spend some nice time together. I am sure there will be times when you are both horny. Try suggesting showering together some mornings and things like that to add a bit more intimacy to your relationship. Just ask her if she is in the mood when you feel like sex and if not then you have your answer.

Never feel forced to give her sex either if you don’t feel like it and she does. There are other ways you can still please her if you want to, without having to have sex.
