What's the best pet to have in college?

What would be the best pet to have while you are in college? I need something to cuddle lol

Maybe a Parakeet - fun / low maintainance.

Well I would advise you just to stay with a fish for now. Rabbits, guinnea pigs, hampsters, and ferrets are nice too but if they get out of their cages they could be hard to find also if you don’t find them in time you might find them- just not alive.

A dog. They give you unconditional love and they make you feel much less lonely. When you have a dog in the house it’s like having a kid to take care of. BUT, this kid doesn’t need diper changes and expesive toys or clothes. Then when you get super bored you can take em where ever you want and they are very willing to come. What other pet can do that.
