What is the best bedding for baby rats?

I’m getting a cage soon for my two baby rats I’m buying, what is the best type of bedding for them?

NOT WOOD SHAVINGS. Wood shavings cause respiratory problems in small animals.

Go with Carefresh bedding, or old cut up blankets and towels.

cotton balls or little wood shavings or those absorbent gray hamster bedding that smells weird thats what I used the gray stuff
