What's this bubble in my cheek?

Okay, I was just sitting here, and than I put my tongue back by my back teeth and feel this little bubble in my cheek, my tongue rubs it alittle and it pops I think. I didn’t feel it pop, but it tasted like blood. I want to know what the bubble is and why it popped with out me feeling it?

Dear ladydon07, We have little saliva glands through out our mouth…sometimes they get clogged and even infected. They can be irritated with salt or something spicy. If you have many that feel this way then go see your doctor. You may be allergic to something you ate. Try rinsing your mouth after eating to avoid clogging. Sue…good luck

Hi,

It could have been a pimple. Or even a piece of food that was stuck in there. As long as it’s gone and you aren’t in any pain, I wouldn’t worry about it. If it continues or comes back, try asking your General Practitioner.
