What is ADD and ADHD?

what is ADD and ADHD?? I heard that one (or both) means that you can never stop moving. I can NEVER stop moving and most of the day I’m hyper.

ADHD is a lot of body movement, hyperactivity

ADD is a lot of mind movement, not able to mentally concentrate on things

well im not totally sure but my brother has ADHD and never stops moving, finds it hard to sleep, is hyper, poor concentration and has to have tablets and stuff which make him loose his appetite, and see doctors etc! so yh its sometihng to do with a chemical imbalance in the brain, I think! hope this helped, probably didnt! merry christmas xxx

ADD = Attention Deficit Disorder ADHD = Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

Just because you’re hyper, does not mean you’re ADHD
