electronic cigerettes are battery powered devices, they hold inhaled doses of nicotine by heating a nicotine-chemical solution into a vapor. there is a LED light cover, a battery (also houses circuitry), a atomizer (heating element) and a cartridge (mouthpiece) in a electronic cigerette. to use one, you charge the battery until fully charged and place it in your smoke, as that is done, you can then inhale from your electronic smoke. I do not remember how many puffs you can get off of each charge, but in a long run, I beleive it is cheaper than buying a pck of smokes at your local store. well, I hope I helped yeah.
