blue balls has nothing to do with dry humping, dry humping is when two people fully clothes od partly clothes move there bodies together and rub up to each other, as if they were having sex the penis never comes in or in contact with the vagina though because your clothes are on however its also dont when people are in there underwere, and if semen does get on your knickers, there a small chance it could soak through and get you pregnant, but a very small chance
