What is Document Manager?

I need to know for a site where you publish stories…I don’t know if I can say the site name so I won’t…lol… So what is it? I searched it on START thingy on my computer and it said there was no matches found…So if you know ANYTHING about this plzzz help!!! I’m hopeless with computers and stuff!!!

A document manager (or file manager is the program used by a computer to look in the files on your computer for example is in windows computer it is “explorer.exe” basicly wehn you click on a thing on you computer ex. “ my documents”, my music”, “my computer” (windows XP and lower) “computer” ( Windows Vista , Windows 7) the window that opens in called a file manger (or document manager)
