What is an easy way to grow facial hair in place where I dont it?

I have facial hair but I can’t grow side burns, and there are a few patches under my chin where it’s not growing. I’m 20…is there anyway I can solve this problem. I’ve heard myths of shaving will make it grow faster and thicker, but how can that work when NO hair is even there?

I used to have hair under my chin too when I was like 12 but then I sarted to shave it and it got thicker and grew faster and it even spread out slowly and I had a full beard by the time I was 15 so just keep shaving it and btw you have peach fuzz but its not really visible so shave it and it will get thicker.. good luck
