What is a good way to get rid of extra fat on my hips?

go to youtube and type in oblique exercises…theres a lot of differene stuff that is helpful. along with that, eat healthy foods and enough of them

Nah situps tone your abs mor thn your hips. try putting your hands above your head, locking your fingers, turning your palms 2wards the ceiling and stretching from side to side. dunnoo if it works, but its a suggestion :P

do 120 sit-ups every day or 20 minutes with slendertone.

uhmm you can lay on your side with your arm supporting you in the air so you make like a triangle with the ground /-body -arm _-ground and raise your hips up and down that diagram isn’t much help lol
