What is a good routine to a fast weight loss?

im 14 and I weigh about 160-170 pounds. I am tired of the extra pounds. I am not obese, but I weigh more than I want to. I want to lose weight fast on a routine that isnt too difficult for me to get used to. any advice? thanks

I also have 8 hours of school and all we do is sit in a chair.. so I thought I could do like ten mins on tredmile then weights and repeat that until I do 30 mins on tredmile and weights

im pretty sure working out 4 hours a day is not good for you, dont do that you will be exhausted. eat healthy go on a jog and do some exercises. my friend has to lose 60 lbs for the navy hes doin good with that plan

ok, im gonna go strait out here. diets are reasonable useless. stick to a good, nutritious, healthy eating habit. just fruits, meats, veges, bread, pasta, the whole lot.

avoid high sugar or saturated fats.

I exersize 4 hours a day (2 mond, 2 afternoon) but most people cant fit that in. try to get an hour a day in. its worth it

Losing weight the right way is never fast. The right diet[not eating too much and eating the right foods(food pyramid)] and exercise atleast 30 minutes a day. You should see results in like a week!!!
