It’s a cloth that is worn over the head.

no not a lot of gangsta wear them. lol…you dont have to be a gangsta to wear one, any body can wear it, its a cloth or fabric that boys or girls put on their head to keep their hair neat. some wear it for fashion. even some white people wear it.
A lot of “gangstas” in the US wear them.
