Ok..so I did it with me boyfriend and he used a condom at first but then he took it off during because it bugged him but…if the hymen didnt break can I still get prego? I cant tell me mom because shes outa the pic…my family would kick me out if I was..I need to find out asap so I can think of something…

The possibility of pregnancy is high any time you have sex especially when there are no precautions taken. As toadaly stated, your hymen is not a barrier that will prevent sperm from reaching a mature egg.

If you are concerned about pregnancy, I would suggest you visit your local pharmacy and ask for the Plan B pill; this pill is only helpful if this sex act occurred within 72hrs of its use. If it has been more than 72hrs, you will need to wait approximately 2wks, or until you miss your period, to take a pregnancy test (any sooner and the results may not be valid).

As you are still young, I hope you have dodged the bullet this time. But please remember that pregnancy is not the only consequence that comes from unprotected sex. Also, if you have questions about sex that you feel uncomfortable asking your friends or family members then you should do a little research. There are a number of websites dedicated to informing young adults about sex and other things going on with their bodies. One such website is Online Sex Ed (http://www.onlinesexed.com).

Yes, it’s still possible to get pregnant. The hymen is not sealed shut. If it were, you would not get a monthly period. When a hymen is ‘broken’, it isn’t like a balloon getting popped, it’s more like a tear caused by expansion.

But if he penetrated and your hymen did not break, it’s only because it already broke unnoticed years ago.
