What happens if your probation gets revoked?
I had a car wreck about 3 months ago and had a ticket for inatentive driving and no insurance. I have yet to pay the ticket which was due a week ago. and about a month ago I got pulled over and got a ticket for no insurance and no tail light. I went in and showed the proof of insurance and got the charge dropped on the second account. I sent in an application for probation and it was revoked. when I go into court in 2 weeks what will they do? I called the prosecutor and was told to come in and pay $60 for the no tail light but they didn’t mention the no insurance and inatentive driving. I’m scared this is a set up to get me to come in so they can arrest me. I’m 18 years old and NEVER deal with my own business. I’m confused and don’t know what to do. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!
I was on unsupervised probation and wasn’t able to make my fine date.
How much am I looking at here?
