you have 2 take it up w./ yur probation offficer, but I think that you can’t. you have 2 wait til yur off probation, then file for it. you will then meet w/ a judge and tell then why you want it off yur record. they will take it into consideration and if they think that you deserve it, if you haven’t done anything else wrong, if that is the only thing on your record, or if they think your reason is good enough, they will expunge the felony from your record. also, it depends how severe the crime was

probation has nothing to do with it the judge is going to be the one to decide it request it to the judge and he will decide at the end of your case
