He nowwants to see the baby on a regular basis when it is born but I don’t think he deserves to see it even once under the circumstances and to top it all off my best friend and him are now going out. What grounds could I tell the courts that will make them or persuade them to not grant him access??
there is really nothing you can do if it is his baby.unless he is found to be unfit or he doesnt pay you any childsupport.
