What foods should and shouldn't I eat?

I don’t like fruit and vegetables, somebody said I may have a mental hagup on them. (Whatever that means). I need a guide of what foods to eat.

Live for today and eat what you like. I’m not a stick person and lets face facts a car can smack me down just as easily as a heart attack, so why not just eat the things you normaly like. If your trying to find ways of eating veggies try foreign foods. I know half my food phobias that I had from a child was just the way stuff was prepared, well all except okra [shudders] slimy. But when the offending food such as most veggie was introduced in thinks like curry or chinease, or prioskis, ( russian pies that I probably spelled wrong) I found out I liked a great deal of things. On foods that I would say are probably the most dangerous, believe it or not seafood. Iodine in seafood is high, and in the long run probably not as great of choice as people seem to think it is. Considering all the crap we dump in the oceans, Not to say quit eating seafood but just be weary of eating too much of it like these Mediterean Diets like to preach. joie de virtue to all.

well ofcourse, u shuld eat fruits and vegetables, but try staying away from meats and pultry, nuts, and eggs, and stuff like that.. if ur trying to lose weight, try drinking dark coffee in the morning for breakfast, but avoid putting milk and creamers into it!!..godd luck.
