Answer #2

Nah, carrots have plenty of calories. I think you’re thinking of other vegetables, and while digesting them takes some energy, I think that really just puts them near zero. Not burning a significant amount.

Carrots have fiber so they could fill you up easier. But really it’s always best to eat a variety of foods and not any one thing.

Answer #3

No but carrots are what a lot of people call ‘negative calorie foods’. This means that your body burning off the food is more calories than is actually in the food. So eating carrots is supposed to help loose weight.

Answer #4

lol carrots don’t make your stomach smaller and to improve your eyesight you’d have to eat one hell of a lot of carrots due to the fact that vitamin A doesn’t necessarily “improve” your eyesight. That’s the wrong word.

I’m pretty sure it’s not true but I heard from someone once that the possibility of chewing on lots of gum caused your stomach acids to work when they’re nothing to digest and can eat away a bit at your stomach, theoritically making your stomach smaller.

Answer #5

Eating ‘a lot’ of anything will only ever result in a bigger stomach…not smaller.
