What excuses can I use to get out of eating in my house?

I’ve been trying to loose weight for over a year but no diet has worked. I’ve only been eating only when I really have to lately and its working im loosing weight, but I don’t know how to hide it when im in the house. I’ve gotten to the point were any smell or taste or food repulses me.

I don’t need anyone telling me that I should just eat but follow a diet plan because I have and nothing works.

Where jeans or a hoody with big dep pockets then grab your dinner fast and sit down at the table first then put as much food in your pockets as possible. Be warned that the food will burn you and will hurt a lot but it is soo worth it. I do this all the time and it works for me!! I’m also a veggie which helps and I ask my mum for stir frys and soup and cus cus (only abit tho), just basically low cal stuff! Hope this helps =]]

your developing an eating disorder, and this is horrible not eating, aka starving yourself wll make you loose some weight yes and then whenever you put anything in your mouth it will go straight on as fat because your body desperatly needs food so youll gain all the weigt back and then some your also f*cking up your health, and making yourself weak you need to see a doctor and get your bmi checked maybe the doctor can also slap some sense into you and tell you why what your doing is wrong

I can’t tell them I want to loose weight I tried before. You dont know my parents. My mums a size 6 and works out all the time. She skips meals when she feels like it and no one asks questions. If I do that im asked Why? Who told me to do this? Why do I wan’t to loose weight? Are people calling you fat? I just cant tell them and if I only eat half a meal that won’t work because you can’t leave our table till you eat all thats on your plate.

It very confusing and im just looking for help. I don’t mind salads but we hardly ever have them.

If you really want to loose weight,don’t starve yourself!Jeez.Eat dinner then work out for an hour.At dinner,eat a good size of food.Not teeny tiny.When IREALLY don’t wanna eat dinner once in a while,I just tell my parents that my tummy doesn’t feel good.Don’t make that trick up too much,they will tell you toeat and/or take you to the doc.EAT PLEASE!!!You need to eat.Why don’t you just tell your ‘rents you want to loose weight?Try it.GOOD UCK!!!

A simple diet is to just cut all your meals down to smaller portions. And when you are hungry just eat until your full, do not over feed yourself. But as far as you being repulsed about food, try getting into eating some salads..its better to have that rather than no food at all. Starving yourself is not good.
