What exactly is a laxative?

What is a laxitive because I have seen people ask about them, I know what they do like make you go to the loo or something, but wot are they exactly??? They are bad arent they, people seem to have mixed opinions??? Thanx x Merry christmas!!!

laxative are used as practical jokes you take one and then by like 3rd period you can stand up look straight at your teacher and shapoopy all over urself

then when she asked you what just happend you simply reply… I poopied

yep, they just make you go to the toilet and take a crap they are bad especially when people with eating dissorders abuse them because over use of laxitives can screw up your bpowels making them a lot looser so when you need to go to the toilet you cant hold it in and youll just go wherever you are at the time …there not things to be abused

a laxitive is something used to make you go to the bathroom. a lot. im not sure exactly what they are, but if you need to get rid of wastes (sick or other medical reasons) theyre amazing. some people (bulimics) use them to get rid of the food in their body, and in this case they can do a lot of damage to your body.
