Natural Senna Laxatives

I have Natural Senna Laxatives (before you start, I’m not abusing them…)

And I wanna know how long they usually take to kick in. Some laxatives take up to 3 days! I don’t want that. Plus, my mate is coming round tomorrow… So it would be great if they started working tonight. (Do they?)

When needed, I’ve usually taken 2 before bed with a glass of water and find the results successful he next day.

If you are burdened with frequent constipation, might I suggest that you consider regularly taking Psyllium Husks. I’ve found that taking 2 a day keeps me functioning normally. It is the basic ingredient in Metamucil. The best place I’ve found to get them is PuritansPride.com.

It should kick in within a day, take it before bed.
