What does this poem mean.

You took the blade from my gored form Wraped it in barbwire

And in the fire of you passion it did turn

Cherry red And so you fancied it a diamond A million facets did exclaim gleefully Flashing bloodly light as

    You placed it so lovingly

Between my heart and lungs

So that I may suffer
   Even in death.

What does this mean?
