you’ll lose loads. The banana gives you energy but it does have like 100cals. You could have 2 fruits for that. Try and get some vegetables in there as well.

i think thats putting your body though alot of stress. and is really not healthy. you body still needs nutrients from other foods not just from fruit. theres a posiblity you can get sick as well. working out and finding a healty diet though is a great idea. i think ever girl wants to feel comfortable in her own body.

I may have read too fast, but basically… you’re going to survive on bananas, oranges, grapes, and water? How long are you planning on doing this again?

Since you have a daughter, you should focus on being HEALTHY. Teenage girls are allowed to be stupid and selfish, but you have a responsibility as a mother. Don’t you want to be there on your daughter’s fifth birthday? Eat three meals a day and have enough carbohydrates, proteins, fats, and other nutrients. You could increase your fruits intake and exercise daily, but you cannot live like that.

If you desperately want to lose weight at least separate myths from fats. Not eating after 4 p.m. does nothing to your body. Sheesh.

Dear Green, you have a lot of serious questions and heavy issues to deal with. You were physically and emotionally abused as a child, and now are you are using methods to control your feelings (drinking and cutting and starving ) that are going to be bad when raising your daughter. First, get on birth control. You do not want another child right now. Then, try to get some professional counselling. It is not going to be easy, but do it for your daughter’s sake, as well as for yours.
