What do people think of little children wearing make-up?

I don’t agree with it, however some 5 year olds do go through a tinkerbell phase and I suppose that is ok. But children shouldn’t be wearing real make-up. It’s not good for them and it does look tacky.

I think it’s ridiculous. I don’t know if you’ve seen those shows like Toddlers and Tiaras where little girls are entering beauty pageants. On those shows, they put so much makeup on the girls. I can understand if you’re like going to a wedding or something and it’s just a little bit but a whole lot? I remember one time my cousin tried putting makeup on me because she was experimenting with it at the time and I was like 8 or 9 years old. I remember she put a lot on me and when me and my mom talk about it now, my mom always mentions that she thought I looked like a hooker. And that’s exactly what children look like if you put gallons of makeup on their faces

ok I’ve seen that type of age group in prams and such and I’ve turned round to the person(s) I was with and said quite loud, ‘thats abusive!’

makeup looks tacky/trampy on girls that age and I cant belive parents would sit there and put their children through that.. it gets worse when you see piercings too..

children at that age should not have to under go what their parents think is cute when its clearly not..

Nothing for kids. Circa 20 years ago, many children didn’t even really know about make-up. Sure they can know about it, but nothing they should wear.
