What do I do if my teacher saw my cutting?

Try your best to not cut yourself. But if it’s hard for you, I suggest you tell him what’s wrong with you. And if you really don’t want to, try covering up any cuts you have with sleeves, headbands, long pants, and for the winter, gloves.

ok here is some advice for you instead of cutting yourself try sticking the area that you like to cut in a bucket of ice cold water or something like that because it will give you the same feeling as when you are cutting youself. also you need to talk to someone that you can really trust about your problems before they get any worse. i used to have the same problem so i know how you feel. good luck.

my teacher found out too, i confronted her, she hugged me, but she told my mom. i think you should talk to your teacher
