What do I do to stop thinking about my regrets?

I don’t know from where to start but to narrow it down, the past few years gone by with mostly baaad memories and some good in between. I regret sooo many things I’ve done especially when it comes to school, friends & family. The past few months I’ve been going through some changes, good ones & I feel almost happy but keep thinking about it all & some things are keeping me from going even further. How can I stop?

Regret, worry, sorrow, anger and most negative emotions are like horribly uncomfortable rocking chairs. They give you something to do but ultimately all they do is make you feel worse. Push them out of your mind and focus on the positive things in your life. Focus on what you’ve done right, your friends, and the things that you enjoy. Life is simply too short to do otherwise.
