What could be te problem and why dose it hurt so much?

Ok I have iratalbell syndrome and it effet me quite a lot but in diff ways. I stop taking ma medcation for about 5 years because it made me be sick and I hated it. Not long ago I have been gettng small sharp pans next to ma hips and on the 22nd october I held ma ladder for 7 hours nearly and was in bad pain but I felt better when I let it all go when I went to the toilet but that night I was and bad pain and I got sent home frpom school friday but last night I came on ma pireod. I am 14 years old and I was in bad pain more then anyone could go through when their young.could anyone help me and tell me any definitons of what could of been the problem.

Btw I have doctors apointment on monday 26 october.
