How to make crutches not hurt my hands and ribs so much?
I’m on crutches for a stupid circulation problem in my knee, and the pressure just keeps building:( I have a baseball tournmaent this weekend, so no playing but a lot of walking.. How can I make my crutches not hurt so much? On my hands and ribs?
You can wrap a hand towel around the hand hold (or something soft to cushion it…are your ribs hurting from the strain of walking on crutches, or are the crutches rubbing your ribs?
