What causes headaches?

Yeah because I’m confused on how you get headaches lol. does anything like trigger it? and what exactly hurts inside of you head. haha

well im not sure how your head can actualli hurt because your brain feels no pain so I dont get that science part but I do know how people can get them,

1.MSG “its in allot crap food it basically slowly kills you” 2.Bright lights 3.Stress 4.Something biologically rong with you.

  1. If you skip meals 6.Falling on your head.

for some chocolate,tomatoes, oranges,red wine these are what I remember can trigger a headache in some people.sucks.
