What can I do? My friend is extremly Anorexic!

Ok I’m soo worried about my friend- he’s 6’1 and he’s only 115lbs… He smokes, and he takes these weight pills, and stuff, and he drinks… And I’m having panic attacks because of him!!! And I really love him, I dont know what to do!!!

Please help me, I’m basically crying … :’(

He definitely needs help. He should probably weigh between 166 and 202 pounds. Since he is a minimum of about 50 pounds UNDERWEIGHT, he is placing a nutritional strain on all of his organs and can end up with his organs starting to shut down which will lead to his death.

Have a specialist visit him and have them guide him to a better life and food,drink habits. It’s good your trying to help him.

you should tell his counselor or dean at your school

one of my friends was becoming suicidal and my friends told his school counselor about it and they are getting help for him he thanked us for caring

but I don’t know if every situtation will be like that
