How do I help an anorexic friend?

Ok so, I have a friend she isn’t eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner. She thinks shes fat, me and a lot my friends are trying and trying to help her and we are telling her to eat healthy foods. She said she wants a body like mine, and it makes me sad everytime she looks in the mirror she says that she hates herself. This all happened because some guests came over to her house and said that shes been gaining weight! Any help?!
