Answer #1

well, girls can do the same things boys do, you can get on most of the machines, and you could probably take classes to work out.

Answer #2

then do the things YOU like. Lift weights, swim -if you hava pool, or if theres a pool at the gym- Do crunches, get on the machines -wear you don’t have to run of course- run at home, on the side of the rode, on your track -if you’re in highschool still they have tracks…DUH- You can do anything you want at a gym babe, and start talking to people if you’re low on confidence. People like it when people talk, it doesn’t really matter. Get up and INTRODUCE YOURSELF. If they don’t like it, back off, cause they don’t matter.

Answer #3

You should start out with some sort of cardio activity to get your heart rate up and get your body in the mode to work-out, then start with the weights. Running, or even a brisk walk on the treadmill will get you where you want to be.

Free weights and medicine balls are good to work with. Any type of weightlifting encourages muscle building which burns fat. Then for a cool down you could do laps in the pool.

Make sure you’re drinking a lot of water during your work outs (and during the day in general). It’s a key component to healthy weight loss.

Answer #4

Well, the gym I go to has a track. Maybe your gym has one too. Also most gyms should have an indoor swimming pool too.
