What can be done about lazy siblings?

So I have a brother and his girlfriend and their child and dog living with me and my mother. My mom thinks it’s high time they moved out though. They have lived on their own before but certain circumstances have left them sorta drifting from home to home, and when my brother asked my mom to let them stay with us for a while so they can get back on their feet she agreed. But now it’s been almost 2 years since then. They are getting a bit to cozy in our house. My mom is getting tired of taking care of them. They haven’t moved out yet because they like the fact that they don’t have to work or pay bills etc. They are basically living off of my mother’s money. They don’t even have a job or offer to help around the house more or less. Is there a way we can sort of convince them to move out now? My mom cannot provide for all of us. I am currently in college which cost a lot (obviously). I have a job and we have been keeping it together so far. But if this keeps up, I am afraid we might not be able to cover our living expenses soon.

Talk about it to your mother and just gradually: 1:start by getting them a job,you or you mother could look after the kid 2:find them a house that th’ll pay for, your bro’s girlfriend’s parents should give them cash to help 3:make them pay for they own food, bills, kid. 4:get them to move out
