What/Can anger sometimes lead to depression?

Okay, is it possible for too much pent-up anger to lead to depression? I was wanting to know because im afraid that might be happening to me. I have horrible anger and no way to release it, so I bottle it up. for the last few months I’ve been crying everyday for no reason and I’ve lost interest in things that I used to love. please help!

yes a lot of things can cause depression, even bottling up your anger talk to a family member, friend, doctor , teacher or councellor about your problems and how you feel

family laughed in my face when I tried to talk to them about stuff like that. the doctor helped me, but you need a parent/ gaurdian to be with you. talking to a good- close friend that can keep secrets and will listen to you is very helpful, also a good close pet, it might sound pathetic in all but when my grandmother passed away my dog wouldnt leave my side for days, he if alwasy there to talk with or to yell at. haha, or you can just talk to someone on this thing, haha. hope I helped.

okay yeah it can lead to that and unfourtunatley you are walking towards it how I know is because I have gone through that there is no pill that can change the way you are so0 I think the best solution is to find someone you trust and talk with them seriously and dont be afraid to cry infront of them because if whom ever you are talking to that you trust yopu must care for them and they care for you so just try some certain ways to take out anger frustration etc etc.. like for me writing is the biggest outlet because you can write whatever your heart desires with out anyones critizism but your own or listening to calm music whatever works for you hope I’ve helped good luck!!!♥♥
