Another distinct difference between psychopaths and ‘’normal’’ individuals is they seem to lack a conscience or any moral guidance that we would recognize. They also tend to enjoy engaging in antisocial or deviant behavior as a way to derive pleasure. The two characteristics, a lack of empathy with regards to the suffering of another human being and a lack of remorse for causing such suffering, can make for a dangerous individual. But yes, they are perfectly capable of feeling emotion, as ty said.

It should be noted that just because you lack empathy, that does not automatically make you a psychopath. People with Asperger’s, for instance, tend to lack any empathic connection with people around them, which results in a difficult time understanding conversations and other interpersonal interactions.

Please do not take anything zoe_hasalonely heart as factual. Pretty much everything she said was gibberish.

Answer #4

Ok, zoe_hasaloneyheart, a little education is needed here. Psychopaths and sociopaths have emotion. I’m not sure where you got that idea from. The word crazy does not mean much in the field of psychology. Most sociopaths do not go around killing people or hurting them.

cancan, empathy is the ability to understand what someone else is feeling. Just because you cannot empathize with someone does not mean you cannot feel emotions. Yes, they get angry and get annoyed.

Answer #5
