Why does it happen and how can we solve it to avoid unpleasant and hard situations and to be sure that we will be always optimistic? Is it something related to our subconscious mind. If so how can we control it.

Answer #1

I don’t think you can control your subconscious mind. You can’t control what your brain won’t let you stop. You can’t control your impulses but you can control how you react and if you act on your bad impulses to do bad things and lose control of yourself and your temper.

Answer #2

Yes, to a considerable extent, we can have greater control over our minds and reactions.

There are many lots of meditation techniques that you could try - Buddhist meditation, yoga, Silva Ultramind… a google-search will bring up many sites, and you can then decide which might be best for you. People are different.

The many different meditation techniques all work to help to relax you, and give you a feeling of greater control.

Answer #3

I find that anger typically results from unreasonable expectations. If you can convince yourself that other people are not perfect, and that they don’t have your best interests in mind, and we are all just imperfect animals, this will go a long way toward helping you let it slide when someone does something unjust to you.
