What are these small white bumps on my penis?

I’ve been reading up on this and so far I beleive I have one of these:

Fordyce’s spots are the small, raised, pale or white spots or bumps 1 to 3 mm in diameter that may appear on the shaft of the penis. They are common in men of all ages and a normal anatomical variation, meaning they are not a disease and perfectly harmless.

Sebaceous prominences are another variation of small pale or white spots that may appear on the shaft of the penis. They are caused by the hair follicle being close to the surface of the skin. Again, these are perfectly normal and harmless.

I know they aren’t harmful but I find them very unattractive and it makes me self concious when having sex so I was wondering if there is anything I can do or buy to help reduce or completly rid of my problem. When looking into this I saw suggestions to wash more thoroughly when showering (sorry for spelling) in case hygene was an issue but I’ve been more careful when washing and still no improvement after 2 months. I was tempted to ask the doctor but I don’t feel very comfortable asking him so If someone can give me some advice I’d really appreciate it.

THANKS
