What are some useful and easy means of slimming down?

Well, I am in the range of 300 lbs and a true slouch to the letter. I wish to slim down the heavy amount of weight that I have collected as I am 18 and 6’3, but the greatest majority of my weight is fat. Any and all help to help me with this problem will be greatly accepted.

slowly over time build up some exercise habits. cut your food portions- not in half, but cut about a quarter off each helping. eat fresh veges as much as you can. and eat fruit everyday. drink 8ish glasses of water a day- this is sooo important as it helps flush out your system and works with your body as a ‘fuel’ to break down fats.

I’ve found that its eating between meals that makes me put on weight. if you just eat breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, at set times it will regulate your digestive system.

try things like lifting weights and boxing and skipping. they are not as boring as running, and you can lift weights while watching TV!

boxing is fabulous though. I started like 6 months ago and its great. you dont need a trainer or anything because it will be for fittness and not to actually fight anyone else. but if you want to go really into it then thats up to you haha. just make sure you wrap your hands and wear gloves, then just go for it!

things like walking down the road to the dairy etc help, if you live in walking distance.

just make sure to replace your meals with super healthy stuff. you can google some low fat meals. a lot of them are easy and cheap to make.

putting on music when exercising helps me.

try cutting your salt intake… I love salty food soo I know its hard but they make that half salt stuff which is pretty good…drink lots of water… I mean lots at least the 8 glasses your supposed to have in a day…cut pop its the worst!!! and just start walking. these are the tricks I use to lose my winter weight… but talk to your doctor… they know best…
