What are some easy ways to loose lots of weight?

Okay, so I weigh 275 lbs..and im sixteen. My metabolism sucks..what are some great ways to loose weight? please help!

Take walks. Thry to eat only 5 meals max a day. Not snacks. Get into a sport.

Your “metabolism” doesn’t suck. You just eat too much and don’t exercise. So stop spending so much time on the internet asking questions about why you can’t lose weight, and get outside and start running. Or play tennis. Or ride a bike. Or do something. And don’t eat so much.

Try to speed up your metabolism with exercise. Also, spicy foods speed up your metabolism. Cut your calories, eat smaller portions spread out through the day, drink water and not soda or juice, take walks.

the best way to do this is a healthy way. you don’t need to starve yourself to loose wight. the easies and most simple ways to loose weigh is to: start by spreading your meals out throughout the day. five to six meals a day. this will increase your metabolism, and make sure your body is always using and burning its energy sources (and therefore its fat sources too). Get involved in a simple cardiovascular based sport. (just something that will keep your heart rate up for a while, not a ‘sprint sport’) OR take fast walks everyday. not a slow stroll, and fast walk. this doesn’t have to be running. If you really want to loose the pounds, cut out ALL sugars and processed foods for 30days. this means no processed anything, or anything that comes from a box, or has added sugar. (thats right, bread and wheat products are also included.) and try to limit your dairy, especially hard cheeses. if you don’t or can’t cut out all processed products, try limiting them to just one day a week that you eat bad food. make this a çheat day’’. your body can deal with this better, as it can only absord so much of one thing, and if you eat sugary foods everyday it will absorb all the sugar. whereas if you eat it all in one day (im not saying go crazy), your body will only absoord as much as it can, and get rid of the rest. Thus, your actually absorbing a smaller amount of sugar, by eating more. try and lower your carbohydrates to under 100grms a day (basically anything white with the exception of eggs and white meat (chicken or fish). This is because un-used carbs (that haven’t been excersised off) in the body are converted to fat stores, thus fat. Also, eating carbs makes you hungry later, whereas eating nutritionally whole foods (like vegies and meats) doesnt. *Up your meat intake, because it is high in protein (some meats more than others), and will give your muscles better fuel to use. if you can, try and stick to lean cuts of meat + cut off any visible fat. chicken, fish (or seafood all together), kangaroo, and LEAN beef is all very good. this means you will basically be eating fruits, vegetables, meats, nuts, s small amont of dairy, a small amount of carbs, and if you have to, a small amount of sugar.
