What are some good tattoo ideas?

Think about this; A tatoo is something that will be on your skin for the rest of your life. Not only willl it be there when you are young, but it will also be there as you grow old and wrinkly :-). Try to pick something classic, and get it in a place that can be covered up. You want to pick something that you will be able to live with.

Usually the best places for a girl are on the back near the shoulders or on the lower back. Also many get them on there feet, calves and back of the neck (usually people get there name there or there children’s name). Many girls do however prefer the back because its easier to cover up than one on the foot or calf. Many jobs now a days don’t want their workers to have showing tattoo’s, so I recommend getting one that can be hidden if wanted.

For a design, well I’d look for something original. You don’t want to have the same tattoo that everyone else has, you want to get something original. Find a picture that you like, in a magazine, online,etc., and have someone change it to fit your personality more and how you want it. Good Luck! ~Alanna

i have one in the middle of my lower back like right above my butt (im 15 btw) its a tattoo of a butter fly with like a design on both sides its really cool… it hurt like h3ll tho but it was sooo worth it!!!

And DON’T get a tattoo in the overdone ‘tramp-stamp’ region. So generic…

i’m getting one on the inside of my right wrist.
