Where is your waist?

Where is your waist? Like when they say to measure your waist, is that like at your belly button or lower?

Put your hands on your hips - just above where your hands sit is your waist…it technically ends at the ribcage.

sammy1bammy I would class that bit as hips. but the waist is were if you have fat lol. couldnt think of another way of putting it soz :D

hmmm… good question. probably below the belly button but above that dip that goes down to your privates lolbut yea, thats were I’d measure for my waist
